1. Manage 3 Legal entities for both US GAAP daily operations and statutory preparation;
2. Review General ledger and sub-ledgers ensuring accurate data and reporting;
3. Conduct period closing and reporting processes efficiently with high quality, ensure accurate, reliable financial statements in compliance with company reporting;
4. Monthly/quarterly/yearly tax declaration form review ensuring an accurate tax declaring;
5. Lead team to support annual internal and external auditing and annual tax filing;
6. Overall lead whole accounting teams, plus government related reporting & communication;
7. Completion of yearly Budget preparing and tracing;
8. Closely liaise with local banks, tax bureau and finance bureau, etc;
9. Conduct staff appraisals and to undertake staff development program;
10. take up additional tasks as required to meet the Company’s need.

1. University degree with major in accounting;
2. More than 6 years related working experience in accounting (related industry preferred) with managerial role, familiar with whole accounting works and process. Big four background with CICPA certification;
3. Excellent written and spoken English;
4. Strong finance knowledge and be familiar with both PRC and US GAAP; 
5. Solid knowledge on accounting operation and compliance; 
6. Highly integrity, be in initiative, positive and detail working attitude; 
7. Strong responsibilities and be able to work under pressure.
