As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for: Ensure high quality of accounting, reporting and controlling for Ultrasound entities in AMERICAS region according to the Siemens financial guidelines and respective legal requirements (i.e. HGB, IFRS, GAAP) Manage improvements of existing accounting processes and approach Oversee all outsourced accounting transactions to Global Shared Services (e.g. in A/P or A/R accounting, in maintenance of the general ledger, account reconciliation's, journal entries) Manage preparation of Ultrasound balance sheet, P&L reports, annual financial statements on a monthly & Quarterly basis Approve manual Journal entries prepared by the Global Shared Services Support the implementation of the S/4Hana ERP system Ensure internal controls are in place, and accounting complies with all external regulations. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical location. The annual incentive target is 10% of base pay.
