Your main responsibilities include:

• Financial reporting for our legal entity in China with two locations (Beijing and Shanghai).
• Lead tax and statutory compliance as well as payroll related matters.
• Lead contract review and revenue recognition tracks.
• Take ownership and lead preparation and represent the company in all statutory audits
• Work closely with and interact with various teams throughout the organization including Sales and Finance.

You are passionate about accounting and have a flair for numbers. You have an eye for detail, a fair sense of curiosity and love playing by the rules.

• You will be a strong fit for this role if you possess the following skills, competencies and work experience.
• ACA or CPA certification from CICPA
• 12+ years of work experience is dynamic, multinational organizations
• Proficiency in any major financial or accounting software (PeopleSoft, FICO etc.)
• Confirmed experience in leading contract reviews, revenue recognition processes and financial reporting
• You are knowledgeable about China Tax and Compliance matters
• You have managed a team
• You can work independently and collaborate with internal partners (especially customer facing teams and work as part of geographically distributed teams.
