Main Task

• Leading the accounting team to carry out daily accounting works including daily booking entry, payment & collection , invoicing and reimbursement, etc. based on group and local guidance

• Be responsible for the accuracy and timeline of daily bookkeeping and to ensure, that the monthly closing is performed smoothly

• Be responsible for the accruacy and the timeline for all internal and external reports based on PRC and Swiss GAAP

• Be responsible for internal and external audits and government examations. Be the major contact to provide financial informations and support

• Be responsible for tax managemnt and optimization

• Be responsible for cashflow management, including the daily cash transaction, and cashflow forecast on cash positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment; Ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements

• Be responsible for the implemenataion of finanical policies and procedures and support optimizations

• Ensure that the SAP FI module is running smoothly. Provide relevant training to the team when necessory

• Support the Controlling team to prepare Budget, forecast and long-term plan

• Be responsible for the internal accounting training and support the finance head to maintain the stability of the accounting team

• Coordinat with other departments to provide financial information or optimize businesss process' and regulations

• Ensure legaly accepted and correct Archiving.

• Complete other tasks requried by the finance head

Skills

1. Fluent in both oral and written English

2. Good Communication skills

3. Good SAP FI knowledge (other modules such as CO, MM, SD a plus)

4. Independent and reliable work attitude

Requirement

• Bachelor degree or above; major in accounting / commercial/economics will be preferred

• 6 - 8 years or above relevant experience in foreigh invested companies

• Middle level accounting certificate will be preferred

• Willingness to take responsibilities

• Work independently under pressure
