Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily accounting functions, budget and forecast, treasury and cash management.
  • Handle full sets of accounts independently, including preparation of vouchers, general ledger, reconciliations, schedules and management accounts.
  • Liaise with business units and internal teams for finance and accounting matters.
  • Responsible for managing monthly payroll processing and relevant filing of IR Returns
  • Responsible for audit, taxation and statutory compliance matters under different jurisdictions.
  • Liaise with auditors, bankers, other professional parties.
  • Perform ad hoc assignments and other duties when required.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related discipline(s)
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly attentive to details and accuracy. High level of logical thinking and analytical reasoning to identify critical financial facts, issues and underlying implications
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively with others in a team
  • Well-organised with the strong ability to prioritise, and cope with tight deadlines under pressure
  • Proficiency in using MS Office & related accounting applications, and Chinese Word processing
  • Travel to China is required from time to time to attend and handle accounting matters of the company’s branch office operations in China
The maximum starting monthly salary for this job offer is HK$25,000 – HK$28,000 depending on eligibility and experience. Please send in your application and state the date of availability in the resume.
