Responsibilities:

• Leading a team to manage day-to-day accounting, treasury and tax functions of the company
• Oversee the month-end closing, budgeting/forecasting and interim/audit processes
• Responsible for monthly/quarterly management reports and packages to shareholders
• Responsible for the preparation of statutory financial statements, periodic tax and statutory returns with the tax authorities and other regulatory bodies
• Work closely with division/department users and provide insightful suggestions to facilitate business performance review and decision-making
• Perform ad hoc assignments and projects as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines (with an internationally recognised accounting qualification)
• At least five years of professional experience in accounting or auditing (with big 4 audit experience is preferred)
• Have a strong commercial acumen, strong written reporting and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure, working accurately with attention to detail, and meeting deadlines
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
