Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the team to ensure correct accounting treatment for all business activities based on PRC GAAP
• Coordinate and complete the month-end closing activities and submit the financial statements to shareholders, government authorities and management on a timely basis
• Manage and deliver the best cash flow performance, monitor the cash balances to analyze the variances with the cash flow forecast
• Coordinate for the annual financial statement audit and other special audits
• Review the account reconciliations and monthly analysis reports to identify any potential accounting risks
• Be responsible for leading the continuous improvement for the accounting for different business cycles
• Review all tax related filings and reporting work, follow up changes on the tax regulations, foresee tax risks and provide tax related suggestions to functional departments
• Coordinate for the high and new technology enterprise qualification, R&D super-deduction related activities
• Develop team capability
• Other tasks assigned by line manager

Qualifications and Requirement:

• Bachelor degree or above, with major in accounting, finance, business, economics
• More than 10 years' working experience in manufacturing MNC with at least 3 years in accounting manager role, working experience in managing Shared Service Center is preferred
• Auto or Auto component industry experience is preferred
• Familiar with PRC GAAP, China tax laws and regulations
• Fluent in English speaking and writing
• SAP system experience is preferred.
• Good communication, result-oriented, strong sense of cooperation and teamwork
