Our client is one of the biggest garment manufacturers in Greater China Area. They are looking for an accounting manager with solid AR/AP experience to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions
• Follow up all outstanding and overdue account receivables (AR)
• Monitoring credit control
• Liaise with vendors and/or relevant departments regarding payment and expense claim
• Responsible for cheque issuance, voucher preparation and staff disbursements verification
• Carry out daily treasury operations including handling deposit placement, loan administration, foreign exchange, executing inter-account transfer transactions
• Coordinate with banks for funding arrangements
• Monitor cash flows and prepare funding plans
• Prepare for month-end closing, AR/AP reports, treasury reports and other financial analysis reports
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines
• Member of HKICPA or equivalent professional qualifications
• Knowledge in application of SAP Finance System would be an advantage
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Immediately Available preferred
