Position Description: \- Report directly to the director of Group external reporting and consolidation \- Responsible for group financials closing, consolidation and external reporting (Audit Committee, Annual Report, etc) \- Ensure timely and accurate submission of all relevant reports for senior management review \- Coordinate with external auditors throughout recurring and special audit engagements \- Review statutory financial statements and reports \- Drive and uphold accounting process in accordance to group’s accounting practice and related control, enhance process efficiency and standardization \- Work closely with teams in all aspects of group financial management, including budgeting and forecast, tax planning \- Support investor relation team and corporate communication team to attend queries from investors or senior management \- Support ad-hoc projects, management analysis and reports #### Position Requirements: \- Bachelor degree holder or above on accounting, finance and related disciplines \- Qualified accountant with at least 10 years of relevant work experience in Big 4 firm and sizable organization \- Solid experience in HKFRS/IFRS/PRC/US GAAP and relevant regulations in the preparation of consolidated accounts for multiple entities \- Solid experience in preparing annual report for Hong Kong listed company \- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is required \- Strong interpersonal and project management skills and able to communicate well in a multinational working environment \- Detail-oriented and well-organized individual with analytical mind \- Responsible, independent, self-motivated, able to handle tight timeline with strong problem solving skills \- Experience with SAP is preferred but not a must \- Experience in tax accounting, transfer pricing is preferred but not a must We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
