Responsibilities :

- Manages all accounting related mattters

- Prepare monthly financial reports

- Prepare annual budget for management review

- Responsible for all tax planning and financial audits

- Manage all internal audits

- Provide accurate accounting information and financial report on a timely basis

Requirements :

- Degree holder in Accountancy with professional accounting qualification or equivalent

- At least 10+ years of accounting experience

- Knowledgement of HK and PRC accounting practice, tax issues and customs issue

- Prepare, review & analyze monthly financial reports such as AR, AP and balance sheet

- Develop internal control and monitor the accounting system

- Proficiency in PC applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin

- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Detail-oriented, well organized and a good team leader

- Strong people management skill

- Familiar with FlexSystem

- Immediate available is highly preferred
