The appointee will be responsible for Accounts Payable and Management Reporting. Main duties of the post include:

• To provide support in account payables, vendor payments, student and staff disbursements;
• To assist in preparing management reports such as annual budget, financial forecast, monthly reports and financial appraisal of the projects;
• To monitor the compliance with the rules and regulations of the College,
• To perform financial analyses and account reconciliations;
• To support month-end closing process and prepare year-end schedules; and
• To perform any other duties as assigned.

Applicants should:

• possess a bachelor’s degree or above, preferably with professional accounting qualification;
• have five years of relevant accounting working experience, preferably gained in tertiary institutions;
• be good at figures and familiar with Microsoft Office software applications (Word and Excel);
• have a strong sense of responsibility and be able to work on multi-tasking;
• be customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills and language proficiency;
• be a good team member and able to work under pressure to meet the deadline; and
• possess preferably with experience in using ACCPAC accounting software.

Salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
