Key roles and duties

• Handle daily accounting operations for full-cycle of Accounts Receivable
• Issue monthly statements and follow up overdue AR
• Handle accounts payable, petty cash, cheque payments and bank receipts
• Prepare cash receipts journal, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L
• Liaise with vendors, customers and colleagues for the outstanding & amended invoices
• Monitor case status and arrangement payments
• Issue debit notes for intercompany transactions
• Accomplish other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• F.6 or above with related certificate
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience
• LCCI higher level or above
• Able to work under pressure and independently
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and willing to learn
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Knowledge of accounting software is highly desirable
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
