Job Responsibilities:
• To handle accounts payable, payment and procurement process
• To handle accounts receivable, cash and cheque collection, invoicing
• To assist with day-to-day accounting operations
• To handle any other general office and administration tasks as assigned
• To handle other ad hoc duties as required
Job Requirements:
• With 1-3 years working experience
• Tertiary education in Accounting or Finance
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Other Microsoft Applications and Accounting Software
• Work well under pressure and interruption
• Detail-Oriented and mature
• Able to handle multi-tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team, be self-motivated and shows initiative
