• Responsible for full cycle of Accounting payable, including daily and monthly AP operations, to ensure all the accounting vouchers of AP are accurate and comply with finance policies

• Review AP GL accounts reconciliation; responsible for AP accounts/GRIR clearing and monthly AP accrual, work closely with global service center team to ensure timely month-end/year-end close

• Review monthly bank reconciliation, conduct bi-weekly cash flow forecast and affiliate payment netting to better Cash management

• Process payments to suppliers (Affiliates/ third party vendors) and employees on timely basis, ensure payment’s’ accuracy;

• Comply with SAFE’s policies when processing FC payments and incomes, and strictly fulfill SAFE’s requirements

• Review payments to employees/Checking T&E reports and conduct T&E audit quarterly

• Responsible for employee corporate credit card applying and credit card GL clearing

• Daily scanning for invoices

• Monitor cash flows for various bank accounts to ensure positive cash flow for operation requirements

• Manage cash /bank drafts/blank cheque and other important documents in Safebox.

• Communicate with different Banks’ Account Managers and handle bank accounts related issues

• File and archive bank slips

• Assist with AP projects and annual auditing.

Essential:

ü Bachelor Degree in Finance and Accounting or equivalent.

ü Good computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office.

ü Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

ü Loyalty, strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, open-minded, hard working with detail focus and patience

ü 4+ years working experience in Finance department is a must.

ü Have knowledge of SAFE’s policies and Banking is preferred.
