Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare full set of accounts including monthly financial statements and management reports
  • Execute and monitor Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable
  • Able to handle daily bank reconciliation
  • Assist in internal controls and process improvements
  • Perform various periodic & analysis report as required
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Accounting
  • 3-4 years of accounting experience
  • Team player, self-motivated and attention to details and accuracy
  • Good PC skills on Ms Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing is a must
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Accounts Clerk
  • Immediate availability will be an advantage
