Accounting Officer / Assistant Accounting Officer (Taxation and Accounting) The prospective candidate will work under the guidance of professional accountants in areas including taxation and accounting. He/She will also have the opportunities to learn the processes and controls of a MNC via on-the-job training and web-based training platforms. Responsibilities: - Assist primarily in tax compliance, including tax filing & transfer pricing documentation Perform tax accounting & reporting · Prepare applications for certificates of resident status · Participate in field audits and investigations, prepare analyses and other special jobs · Perform ad hoc tasks Requirements:- Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply: · Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business related disciplines. · Student member/member of HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent · Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is preferred · Strong self-motivation, able to meet deadlines and under time pressure. · Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills · Excellent knowledge of business applications including MS Office, MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint etc · Knowledge of data analytics and BI reporting tools such as Power BI is preferred · Immediate availability is highly preferred · Fresh graduate or candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Accounting Officer Organization: Controlling and Finance Company: Siemens Limited Experience Level: Early Professional Job Type: Full-time
