• Handle Retail POS / tender reconciliations and clearing, including adjustments for rectifying system posting
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Handle head office refunds for Asian entities
• Assist with month-end closing & preparing month-end schedules
• Support the retail stores stocktake
• Support supervisor with any ad-hoc assignments, compliance controls, system implementation and process enhancement project
• Perform routine duties including general document retention and administration tasks
   

• Associate degree with major in Accounting/Finance, candidate with AAT qualification will also be considered
• 1-2 years relevant working experience
• Mature, responsible and able to work under pressure
• Good work attitude, well organized and highly systematic
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese (mandarin is a definite advantage)
• PC literacy, especially good knowledge of MS Excel
• SAP knowledge is a definite advantage
