Job Description

Job duties:

  • Handle full set of account and prepare cash flow, forecast activities and cost analysis;
  • Process of receipt and payment;
  • Record entries and monthly journals in to accounting system;
  • Maintain proper filings and accounting record;
  • Perform inter-companies transactions and bank reconciliation;
  • Support for ad-hoc assignment.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines;
  • 3 years related accounting working experience;
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing and Peachtree;
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
