What the job looks like?

• Verify invoices against agreement and ensure that each payment with proper approval documents in accordance with our policies & procedures
• Monitor payments trends and clarify with stakeholders if there is abnormal payment or unexpected expense
• Prepare month-end closing within the monthly deadline
• Prepare the cost analysis reports

Needs

• Diploma or above in Accounting & Finance or related disciplines
• 2 years' accounting experience in Shipping/ Logistics industry preferred
• With the work experience in cost control area center preferred
• With an experience in SAP will be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS office, especially in MS Excel
• Details minded & well organized
• A good team player with "can do" attitude
• Good command of both written and spoken in English
• Immediately available is highly preferred
