Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts receivable and assist general duties for A/R including coordinating with clients and sales departments, invoicing to the clients, etc.
• Handle daily sales invoice, credit note and monthly customer statement distributions
• Responsible for daily accounting routines including data entry & filing
• Handle the reconciliation and accruals at the month end closing 
• Perform ad hoc duties and assignments as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting/Finance or related discipline with over 3 years relevant experience
• SAGE ERP (Accpac) system user will be an advantage
• Experience in Account Receivable collection preferred
• Immediately available or short notice preferable
