Your tasks and responsibilities: · Preparing Accounts payable recons for all our non-ICC/ 3rd party vendors. · Liaising with internal teams for remittances not sent out to vendors. · Liaising with internal teams for invoices not GRN’ed/paid etc. · Liaising with global teams as well as local teams to facilitate processing of invoices/credit notes etcs. · Communication with suppliers regarding outstanding items Book all or a broad kind of business operations to accounts (i.e., monthly provision calculation and processing) Assign business activities, receipts, and bills to accounts. Plan, open and clear accounts. Performs general ledger accounting, A/P accounting. Prepare statements of accounts, in line with defined accounting guidelines. Oversees bank accounts, and checks overdue, and past due account situations, may clarify discrepancies with customers or vendors, in first instance. Contribute to Balance sheet, P&L monthly accounting closing, and prepares respective reports and financial statements. Supports responsible Finance Accounting Management in analysing accounting data. Clarify upcoming questions as first point of contact. Provide advice in use and interpretation of accounting data.
