Job Description
- Prepayment audit for employee expenses reimbursement;
- Communications with employees(esp. sales) to ensure reimbursement effectiveness &accuracy;
- Giving advice/feedback on T&E compliance in daily work.
- Deliver regular T&E trainings to employees to improve reimbursement efficiency.
- Support on travel and expenses FAQ update & PPA checking points update
- Support on expense reimbursement spot check and internal/external audit sampling
- In charge of finance records filing, coordinate w/ 3rd party warehouse on records retention.
基本资格要求
- College or Bachelor of Finance or Accounting
- About 1 year accounting experience.
- Prior working experience in the Life Science and heavily regulated industries, in particular Animal Health and Nutrition is preferred.
- Holding Accounting certificate (会计上岗证)
