• Perform bookkeeping tasks including AR and inventory management. Support outside accounting firm to close monthly financials.
• Provide analysis and improvement recommendations based on inventory and shipping data. Manage safety inventory levels.
• Prepare weekly sales update reports for senior management.
• Work with inhouse warehousing team to arrange product shipping to customers. Provide real time tracking information and communicate with salespeople and customers. 
• Place purchase orders to suppliers.
• Maintain accurate records of software license keys

• 1-5 years of accounting and operations/logistics experience preferred
• Superior business and communication skills
• Ability to work productively as an individual and in a team environment
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Bachelor’s degree required
