Job Description

Assist in the preparation of the Daily Food and Beverage Report pertaining to the daily cost of food consumed.

协助准备包含每日食品消费成本的食品和酒水报告。

Inspects and tests goods every monthly with regard to high value food & beverage items.

每月针对贵价食品和酒水进行检查和测试.

Ensures that accumulated daily invoices agree to amounts transferred to Accounts Payable.

确保每日累计发票与转到应付帐款的金额一致.

Assist the monthly stock-take of food and beverage inventories and 6 months stock-take of operating equipment.

协助每月酒水盘点,以及每6个月一次的营运物资盘点。

Participate in the monthly market survey of food/beverage and general store items,Monthly OPEN PO check.

参加每月食品/酒水和总仓物品的市场调查,每月OPEN PO的检查。

Makes regular spot checks and inspections of storerooms, receiving area, and all outlets.

定期抽查仓库,收货区域和所有餐厅。

Has full and extensive knowledge of the hotel inventory system and is responsible for the maintenance of the system.

具备广泛的酒店库存系统流程知识,负责整个流程的维护。

Trains users on the check system and assists in the setup of requisition lists, purchasing lists etc.

培训酒店库存系统,协助建立申请单和采购清单等。

Ensures all inventory items are correctly set up in the hotel inventory system including sizes, descriptions, purchase units etc.

确保所有库存物品在酒店库存系统中正确设立,包括规格,描述,采购单位等信息。

Ensures that proper records are kept of inventory receipts, issues, returns and transfers and proper authorization thereof.

确保所有库存的收货,发货,归还和转移都有授权,并保存记录。

Assist in the preparation of the monthly food and beverage cost and the applicable journal vouchers.

协助准备每月食品和酒水成本及制作相关的分类帐凭证。

Conducts monthly costing and ensures prompt submission of all month-end reports within deadlines.

核算每月成本,确保按时提交所有月结报告。

Perform any other task assigned by the Cost Controller.

成本控制经理分配的其他工作。

Liaise with user department when required to carry out the daily task.

与使用部门一起开展日常工作。

Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

完成任何其他合理的职责和被指派的职责。
