Job Purpose:

Provide true and fair financial statements to stakeholders

Develop and optimize workflow, process and procedures on costing, fixed assets, closing and reporting

Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics:

Responsible for all G/L and tax transactions required both internally and externally, which includes but not limited to:

• Prepare all the related accounting transactions in accordance into accounting system with PRC GAAP as well as the internal accounting guidelines and policies;

• Prepare, compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts within deadlines given.

• Review regional finance accounting bookkeeping and unusual balance item, assist on monthly/HY/Yearly closing.

• Review HY/Yearly PR group consolidation package

• Company CIT reconciliation calculation and stock reconciliation

• Data collection and maintenance on company CAPEX budget/LE; company tax budget/LE; other I/E Budget/LE

• Tax reporting with local tax government;

• Assist to build up the internal procedures

• Work and corporate with external auditors and internal auditors.

• Control departmental and other expenses of the company

• Other Tasks assigned by Finance Manager

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required

• At least 5 years working experience in financial or auditing area in a multinational company.

• Comprehensive knowledge and experience with China GAAP/IFRS;

• Result-Oriented, willing to face challenges and take up responsibilities;

• Good with Microsoft Office; JDE knowledge and experience are highly preferable but not a necessity;

• Efficient, business focus and with good integrity, able to work under pressure

• Strong communication skills; Fluent spoken and written skill in English;

• Able to lead engagements and solve problems independently;
