Job Summary Ejecución de actividades de contabilidad general (Bancos, Intercompañías, Ingresos, Cuentas por Cobrar, Cuentas por Pagar, Contabilidad de nómina, etc) de la entidad de Costa Rica - Eaton Electrical S de RL. Job Responsibilities Procedimientos de contabilidad general y procesos de cierres mensuales del sitio. Responsable de la facturación a las intercompañías de los servicio prestados por el sitio. Ejecutar la aplicación de cobranza del mes. Preparar las reconciliaciones de cuentas de balance de manera mensual. Asegurar la exactitud de los impuestos registrados (IVA) Asegurar el registro correcto de los préstamos e intereses con intercompañía. Preparar las provisiones de pasivos laborales (seguros, impuestos, pagos de empleados y pagos del empleador) Preparar transacciones intercompañía, ingreso / registros de facturación y control de las cuentas por cobrar y cuentas por pagar. Generar mejora continua en las actividades y/o procesos ejecutados. Colaborar con revisiones de auditoria de control interno y auditoria externa, en relación al cumplimiento de normas contables. Ejecutar actividades adicionales o requerimientos especiales del sitio o corporativos. Preparación y registro de pólizas contables. Ejecutar actividades en plataformas bancarias. Revisar reportes de gastos de empleados y procesos de reembolso. Elaboración de reportes mensuales y anuales aplicables al sitio. Mantener una atmósfera de trabajo en equipo y mejora continua para alcanzar las metas del GFSS.
