Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. To issue bulk volume billing activities including data entry work, data checking and management Fee and printing
  2. To monitor management fee billing system, maintain the system data up-to-date with high level of accuracy.
  3. To prepare bulk volume revenue reconciliation, monthly aging, daily bank receipt report and other analysis report to accounting department.
  4. To monitor outstanding accounts and perform debt collection actions regularly through telephone, email and dunning letter.
  5. To attend Small Claims Tribunal about debt collection and ensure to gather all necessary document to win the case. 
  6. To handle telephone calls and answer enquiries from owners and tenants.
  7. To reply the letter to solicitors about the sale and purchase of the property.
  8. To handle monthly building full set of accounts.
  9. To carry out land search, analyze property transactions.
  10. Other Ad-hoc tasks

Job Requirements:

  1. Diploma or in BA, Finance or Accounting (LCCI above certificate)
  2. Basic Accounting knowledge is preferable
  3. With 1-3 years working experience
  4. Ability to deal with customer enquiries / complaints
  5. Strong sense of number, good communication and interpersonal Skills
  6. A good team player and highly customer-oriented, self-motivated
  7. It is best to work in the property management company industry

  8. Good Computer knowledge in MS office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  9. Good Command in written and spoken Chinese and English
  10.  Immediate available is highly preferable
