Job Description
The chef and owner of the Mexican brand “La Coyota”, who has been in charge of many successful Mexican restaurant openings in Shanghai, will be the Executive Chef of our Pop-Up Kitchen bringing her experience and “La Coyota” flavors to our special Mexican place.
If you are optimistic, full of ideas and proactive we want you to join us in this great project
This person will be in charge of:
Open and close the shop
Take customer orders and manage money
Report monthly the balance account to the General Manager and Chef.
Check inventory.
Make sure that everything is clean, be polite and attracted customers to the shop.
Be responsible for the purchase of the ingredients.
Be willing to work on weekends
Requirements
Honest and responsible
Self motivated
Can do attitude
Be willing to learn about Mexican food and culture.
English required
Basic Chinese
Spanish a plus
