This Is Your Role. Coordination with statutory auditors Front ending RBI inspections Keep abreast of changes in regulatory environment and implement any new regulatory changes esp due to new guidelines applicability due to increase in asset size Support business colleagues in new products/accounting concepts and Siemens financial reporting guidelines compliance for new products Coordinating with sales teams for forecasts and help building business plans for new products/new initiatives Coordinating with HQ team for New products for new products/new initiatives Ensuring smooth functioning of closing and other house keeping activities for identified areas Keep abreast of changes in regulatory environment and implement any new regulatory changes esp due to new guidelines applicability due to increase in asset size Accurate and timely reporting to the regulatory (RBI) Coordination with IT team for implementation of new change requests (regulatory,tax and new products) Supporting India and Regional management through slide decks, information, analytics as and when required We don't need superheroes, just super minds!
