Roles & duties

Accounting duties:

• Daily and monthly Invoicing & sales report
• Bank reconciliation / filing / jounalising
• AR review report / debt collection
• Handling AP / process payment
• Monthly Journal entries / adjustment entries
• Handling Management accounts
• Experience in producing internal sales report is a bonus
• Monthly stocktake and Stock report.

Required skills & experience:

• Accounting software experience (Peachtree)
• AR/AP experience
• Attention to details and high standards for accuracy
• Intermediate skills in Excel and Word
• Ability to read financial statement is preferred
• Deliver timely and reliable accounting reports.

Operational duties:

• Meet documentary requirements for logistics
• Be a main point of contact for English speaking clients
• Warehousing and packing
• Provide excellent customer service to logistic clients via email/phone
• Supervise and manage logistic team
• Conduct quality controls over the current practice

Desired skills:

• Willingness to learn and contribute
• Ability to plan and execute procedures
• possess willingness to take on additional duties like packing and warehousing
• Fluent speaking / written English
• Logistics experience would be a bonus

Ideal candidate would be from accounting background and be able to conduct accounting duties within deadlines. And he/she willing to take on operational duties as well as an all-rounder.

Salary: $17,500.00 to $20,500.00 /month
