ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

Lead the Finance project in GL function

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for Oracle Cloud implementation in GL function, hold kick off, clarify detailed and specific requirements to each stakeholder
• Lead for project construction activities with support from related departments
• Lead for technical support during the whole process of Oracle Cloud implementation, work with the project to timely to resolve the problems
• Search actively for opportunity to improve project performance during all phases
• Responsible for Project document management
• Responsible for other GL related finance projects ,and streamline the complicated working process
• Other ad-hoc from finance controller

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• Bachelor degree major in accounting, over 5 years’ experience in finance department, minimum 3 years’ experience in team management.
• Good sense of the principle and procedures ERP project management
• Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English
• Excellent computer knowledge especially in Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills
• Good time management skills and timely following up on business matters
• Strong spirit of teamwork
• High integrity and customer-oriented
• Able to work independently, self-motivated, a team player and can work under pressure
