ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

To manage the accounting systems and provide accurate financial data and reports, support Oracle ERP projects

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the complex accounting activities in local accounting system relating to the maintenance of complete and accurate general ledger and resultant reports, schedules and financial statements.
• To ensure all Balance Sheet accounts are reconciled and no aged intercompany balance
• Streamline the general accounting  process, to ensure a timely and accurate month end closing
• Fully engage Oracle ERP implementation project
• Ensure have a complete and accurate CAPEX tracking, and follow with Ops team for AFE status
• To manage fixed assets accounting to ensure timely and accurate booking and provide assistance in FA management
• To support annual audit, internal audit and other ad hoc arranged by controller or manager
• To coordinate with other functions/department in daily work.
• To assist other project management, and ensure project go live within scope and timeline
• Tax matters manage, co-work with regional tax team to ensure tax compliance in both internal and external reporting 

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU：

• Bachelor degree major in accounting, over 5 years’ experience in finance department, minimum 3 years experience in team management.
• Able to manage personal / team performance with little supervision.
• Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English
• Excellent computer knowledge especially in Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills
• Good time management skills and timely following up on business matters
• Familiar with US GAAP and PRC GAAP
• High integrity and customer-oriented
• Able to work independently, self-motivated, a team player and can work under pressure
