Accounts / Admin Clerk (Part-Time)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily accounting and book-keeping duties including data input, preparing vouchers and schedules, reconciliation of accounts and general routine accounting functions, etc
  • Prepare month-end closing, management reports and other ad hoc reports
  • Perform other administrative and miscellaneous assignments as required

 

Requirements:

  • Form 5 / Form 6 or above
  • LCCI Intermediate Level or above
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel
  • Experience in MYOB accounting system is a definite advantage
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated, hard-working, attention to detail, and ability to work independently

 

Employment Terms:

  • Weekday mornings (Monday – Friday) only
  • 3-4 days per week / 3-4 hours per day (12-15 hours per week)
