Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting and book-keeping duties including data input, preparing vouchers and schedules, reconciliation of accounts and general routine accounting functions, etc
- Prepare month-end closing, management reports and other ad hoc reports
- Perform other administrative and miscellaneous assignments as required
Requirements:
- Form 5 / Form 6 or above
- LCCI Intermediate Level or above
- At least 2 years relevant working experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel
- Experience in MYOB accounting system is a definite advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Self-motivated, hard-working, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
Employment Terms:
- Weekday mornings (Monday – Friday) only
- 3-4 days per week / 3-4 hours per day (12-15 hours per week)
