Job Description
職責:
- 負責公司全盤會計、會計出納及一般 部門 文書 及 行政工作;
- 開具發票 、跟踪 收賬、準備收據 和月度 應收賬款賬齡分 析報 表 ;
- 熟悉金蝶系統 者 優先;
- 需要外勤工作 。
入職要求:
- LCCI 中級會計文憑或以上;
- 2 年 或 以上 相關 工作經驗, 有酒店及服務式住寓/物業管理行業經驗者優先 ;
- 工作積極、勤奮、細心、有責任感;
- 有良好溝通技巧 ;
- 熟悉電腦操作,懂中、英文輸入法;
- 能操流利 粵 語 、 普通話及英語。

Responsibilities
- Responsible for full set of accounts, cashier duty and departmental related administrative work;
- Preparing invoice, tracking collection, issuing receipts and conducting monthly aging report;
- Familiar with EAS system is preferred;
- Need to work outdoor.
Requirements
- LCCI Intermediate or above;
- 2 years or above relevant working experience, preferably in hotel and serviced apartments/property management industry;
- Proactive, diligent, detail-minded and responsible;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Familiar with computer literacy including Word, Excel and English/Chinese Word Processing ;
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
5-days work in Sheung Wan, 14 days annual leave, bank holidays, meal allowance, double pay, discretionary bonus, and medical/dental/life insurance after probation.
