Job Description
  • Job Responsibility:

    • Receipt Voucher prepare and Input
    • Arrange Courier collect payment and monitor the collection status
    • Arrange bank in CHQ list and update receipt register
    • Update the CHQ collection status in Aging report
    • Following up incoming letter to Finance team
    • Voucher, Invoice and bank Letter filing
    • Issue official receipt
    • Month end closing support - send out statement to customer
    • Support of A/R members when necessary

    Job Requirement: 

    • HKCEE / HKDSE or above
    • 1 year experience in Accounting or related job
    • LCC inter or above
    • knowledge in Flex-System would be an advantage
    • Immediate available is preferred
