Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set accounts for the Company and its subsidiaries
- Verify invoices and payments for the Group
- Communicate and coordinate with oversea branches and monitor their Bookkeeping record
- Reconcile the balance and transactions among the inter-companies
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation
- Liaise with internal and external auditors for year-end audits
- Maintain and update financial accounting records, and ensure the compliance of company policies and guidelines
- Carry out ad hoc projects when required
Requirements:
- High Dip / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- 3 - 5 years of accounting experience, the candidate with more experience will be considered as Accounting Officer
- Experience in handle full set accounts will be an advantage
- Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediate available is perferred
