Purpose of position:

The accounts payable accountant manages the entire accounts payable process, from entering the invoice to process payments. He/She is also responsible for oversee the AP process & procedure in terms of effectiveness and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

1. Controlling and processing of invoices according to local, tax and IFRS requirements

2. Preparation of payments to internal and external suppliers and do reconciliation accordingly

3. Manage asset accounting and tax related

4. Analyze the expense spent according to the budget

5. Assist the accounting related work for Chengdu Studio including month end closing, reporting and audit

Requirements

1. 2-3 year's experiences in accounting area;

2. Bachelor degree major of Accounting/Finance;

3. Good proficiency in written/oral English;

4. Familiar with PRC

5. Familiar with the ERP software

6. Good command of Excel and other MS Office tools;

7. Capability to plan own work and respect deadlines;

8. Be able to deep dive into details and take initiatives for improvement;

9. Detailed-oriented, analytical thinking, teamwork;
