Major Responsibilities

• Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transaction
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
• Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
• Manage account payable, calculating requirements on paid invoices.
• Prepare analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes and provide supporting documentation for external auditors 

Requirements

• Degree holder in related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in account payable gained in consumers/retail industry
• Experienced in the use of ERP
• Pro-active and customer service driven
• Fast learner and highly adaptable to changes
• Able to work with minimal supervision while equally a good team player
• Good communication skills with fluency in both Chinese and English
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Accountant
