The Role

In this Accounts Payable Officer role you will enjoy a variety of duties designed to challenge and build upon your existing skills. Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Full-function Accounts Payable - matching, batching and coding
• Processing supplier invoices, payments and reconciliations
• Processing Staff expenses and reconciling petty cash
• Processing purchase orders and maintaining purchase order ledger
• Bank reconciliations
• Performing foreign exchange payments

Your Background

To be considered for this Accounts Payable Officer role, you must have significant experience in a full function AP role. Ideally you have worked in Microsoft Dynamics AX or Navision, although this is not essential. You must also have great attention to detail, be flexible and like to handle tasks with a head-on approach. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential along with a passion for the AP function.
