Objective:
This position is required to support accounts payable processes in DaiCom.
To perform invoice verification in accordance with company policy in a controlled, cost efficient and timely manner. This covers processing and recording invoices for direct material, tooling and general and administrative expenses.
Responsibilities:
1. Input debit and credit request into SAP after review of appropriate approvals in accordance with company policies.
2. Monitor invoice verification process to ensure timely payment suppliers.
3. Input supplier charge-backs for warranty, re-work, downtime, etc. after routing and obtaining necessary approvals.
4. Provide contact for supplier payment related questions from product controlling, suppliers and auditors.
5. Research Accounts Payable variances including analysis of data.
6. Support materials controller in reconciliation and resolution of outstanding GR/IR amounts related to direct material receipts and payments.
7. Complete audit confirmations as requested
Requirements:
1. Education: Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.
2. Language(s): Advance English
3. Work Experience: A minimum of one year of Accounts Payable experience. Additional general office experience is mandatory.
4. Technical Knowledge: Experience with general office equipment which includes Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Outlook, etc.) Additional SAP experience is helpful.
