The Collections and Accounts Receivables Analyst will work as part of the Credit Organization providing support to the West Region (ASMO and EMEA) portfolio of Intel Customer including: Dell, Lenovo, Microsoft and Apple among others.

The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:

• Manage Cash associated to Intel Trade receivables

• Ensuring cash is applied on time and correctly

• Support other collectors on cash application requests

• Delivering close cash reports to management

• Partner with other Finance and Operations interdependencies in request associated to Accounts Receivables

• Drive efficiencies in processes within her/his scope

• Manage Accounts Receivables BPM associated to Cash application processes

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or similar field, with at least 2 years within the degree.

• 1+ years of relevant experience

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

• Upper intermediate English level: verbal, writing and reading

• Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.

• Strong discipline and time management skills

• Detail orientated

• Strong data, analytical and creative problem solving, as well as critical thinking skills

• Ability to work well in a diverse/virtual team environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to adapt quickly when faced with new situations and new people

• SAP, PBI, BPM knowledge is a plus

This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
