Job Description
Job Descriptions:
Daily entry of sales orders and purchase orders in ERP system
- Ensure shipping documents are received on time from Vendors
- Handle daily correspondences with customers and sales associates
- Issue Sales invoices per shipment schedule
- Update excel record files for shipment and invoices details
- Handle daily correspondences with customers and sales associates;
- Provide clerical support to accounts team and assist in any ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in finance or accounting or related subjects
- Fresh Graduate will be considered
- 1-2 years related working experience in ERP system will be will be an advantage;
- Detail-oriented, well-organized and independent, with sense of responsibility;
- Proficient in PC skills, MS Office and Chinese word processing. Knowledge in Oracle is an added advantage;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficient in Mandarin is an added advantage;
- OT allowance is provided during month-end closing.
