Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Daily entry of sales orders and purchase orders in ERP system

  • Ensure shipping documents are received on time from Vendors
  • Handle daily correspondences with customers and sales associates
  • Issue Sales invoices per shipment schedule
  • Update excel record files for shipment and invoices details
  • Handle daily correspondences with customers and sales associates;
  • Provide clerical support to accounts team and assist in any ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in finance or accounting or related subjects
  • Fresh Graduate will be considered
  • 1-2 years related working experience in ERP system will be will be an advantage;
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized and independent, with sense of responsibility;
  • Proficient in PC skills, MS Office and Chinese word processing. Knowledge in Oracle is an added advantage;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficient in Mandarin is an added advantage;
  • OT allowance is provided during month-end closing.
