Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide overall support for investment projects
- Analyze investment opportunities and prepare investment proposal
- Perform various business analyses in making investment decisions
- Assist in due diligence, negotiation and execution of transactions
- Basic knowledge of Hong Kong listing rules and other relevant regulatory requirements for both listed and non-listed companies
- Responsible for liaising with professional parties (e.g. lawyers, bankers, auditors, valuers) on the execution of investment transaction; and
- Participate in ad hoc assignment as required
Requirements:
- Relevant University Degree holder (e.g. law, finance or accounting) will be an advantage
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience including audit experience
- Professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CFA) will be an advantage although not a must
- Strong analytical skills, attentive to details, being able to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
- Proficiency in using MS Office such as Word, Excel & Chinese Word processing
- Fluent spoken & written English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
- Mature, detail-minded, proactive, well-organized and able to work independently
- Ability to travel if necessary
- Immediately available is preferred
