• For global OEMs quotes, to Coordinate and discuss with Global sales team till win, and to trigger and follow acquisition process.
• For local OEMs of new Born OEMs(造车新势力), win key Acquisitions for strategic customers.
• Customer relationship development and maintain with openness, honesty and trust character.
• Drives sales turnover& profit growth for assigned key accounts, Drive team for new project tech review including turnkey solutions as well as new features with openness.
• Coordinate different department well within customer and company internally with strong customer orientation and centricity mindset and communication skills.
• Manage own KPIs with planning, PCR negotiation and others

• At least 3 years' experience in automotive OEM-area, working for JV or global sales team experience is preferred.
• Excellent in English as a must, both in written and oral.
• Strong passion for changes, interest of new things, open minded and active learner
• Be agile and a good team communicator.
• Self-driven, and be active to make task implementation consistent.
• Logic thinking with strategy mindset
• Result orientation, can work with pressure/loading and enjoy competition
• Familiar with chassis system or mechanic parts is prefer
