Job Description
- Prepare designs and artwork for promotional material for all club events and activities (posters, flyers, menus, etc) according to club branding
- Assist in planning and developing yearly marketing plan
- Manage and gather information from respective sections for promotional events
- Offer general administration support
- Prepare rundowns for club events and activities
- Propose and execute themed events for special occasions
- Evaluate themed club events
- Assist with preparation of club newsletter and coordinate all department’s submissions
- Source suppliers for decorations
- Prepare material for club website
- Make photo documentary for all events
- Maintain record for each event
