- Act as receptionist: answer the phone and receive visitors in a professional way and
according to company requirements
担当前台接待:根据公司要求并以专业的方式接听电话及接待访客 -
Monitor access of the office and ensure all office entrances are managed according to
safety and security requirements of the company and local government
监控进出入办公室通道,并确保所有办公室入口根据公司和当地政府的安全要求进行管理 -
Organize all aspects of company correspondence: Handling letters and parcels, coordinate
the service of courier service providers (including payment coordination if applicable)
组织办公室所有的通信工作:处理信件和包裹;协调快递服务工作(包括付款协调,如适
用)
Administrative support of the HR team
人力资源工作方面的行政支持

Attendance management: check and record leave and overtime applications in a timely
manner, generate accurate monthly attendance reports and report outstanding cases to
the HR specialists as instructed. Maintain and safely archive hard copies of all attendance
records
考勤管理:及时地检查和记录假期、加班申请;制作月度考勤报告并且按照指示报告不正
常的情况给人力资源管理专员们;维护和安全归档所有纸质考勤文件 -
Support teammates to organise staff activities
协助员工活动的组织协调工作
Travel and meeting arrangements
差旅和会议安排

Book flights, hotels, cars, make visa arrangements, etc. for the sourcing, HR and
administration teams
为供应商开发部、人力资源及行政管理部预定机票、酒店、车辆、安排签证等 -
Prepare meetings and make hospitality arrangement with the support of the cleaning staff
在清洁员工的支持下一起完成会议准备和宾客接待工作
Qualification:
0 ~ 2 years working experience in Administration or Human Resources or jointly
Can communicate with foreigners in English (no education required, high school is accepted if she / he can communicate with foreigners)
Good service-mind
Detail oriented
Able to work under pressure
Warm-hearted and willing to help
