工作内容
Assisting visitors from overseas
Arranging on-boarding process for new hires, termination/transfer process for existing staff
Reviewing expense reports submitted by staff
Ordering equipment/business card/office supplies and inventory maintenance
Supporting recruitment activities
Coordinating desk/equipment moves
Supporting department wide activities and events (management onsite, social events, project etc)
Supporting communications function, such as drafting and producing newsletter for Asia region
Data maintenance
Office environment maintenance
Administrative work manual maintenance
Providing training to new administrative staff
Covering for the administrative staff on leave
Any other administrative assistance required for operating businesses in the organization.
应聘条件
Bachelor or Master degree
Fluent in English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Assumes responsibility and accountability
Advanced MS Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and Excel
