Job Description

1. Receiving phone calls & transfer timely & accurately

2. Ticket booking, hotel reservation for business traveling

3. Stationery ordering and Pantry stuff purchasing/managing, business card ordering

4. Handle daily letter, parcel, express mail & newspaper, arrange couriers and dispatch out-going mails for colleagues

5. Be responsible for maintenance of office equipments & environment.

6. Car Daily arrangement, car repair and maintenance management.

7. Visitors greeting, Conference catering assistance (QBR, training etc.)

8. Prepare Monthly Admin expenses report

9. Daily absent report

10. Dealing with booking meeting room

11. Support other ad-hoc projects such as annual dinner, seminar arrangement etc.

12. Performing any other duties as assigned by Department Head

13. Ad-hoc job assigned by department manager


Job Requirements:

1. Graduated from Professional School, College or University, Secretary, English

2. Good for English speaking & writing

3. At least 1 year as receptionist in foreign company;Fresh graduates would be considered.

4. Good personality;

5. Teamworking, patient, honest, willing to be helpful;

6. Familiar with the Word & Excel software, English and Chinese typing;
