Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Performing administrative duties such as arranging travel for the whole team, filing of documents, setting up and maintenance of records and systems
- Arranging payment to vendors for the whole team
- Performing research duties
- Translating documents as needed
- Other job responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor
Skill Requirements
- Professional Degree holder
- Preferably with working experience in multi-national companies
- Good computer skills, proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
- Good command of verbal and written English
- Good communication skills & interpersonal skills
- Independent to handle the job in a timely manner
- Being meticulous, highly organized and have lots of initiative
- High sense of responsibility, hardworking, honest, customer service oriented, comprehensive and pleasant
