Key Responsibilities


  • Performing administrative duties such as arranging travel for the whole team, filing of documents, setting up and maintenance of records and systems
  • Arranging payment to vendors for the whole team
  • Performing research duties
  • Translating documents as needed
  • Other job responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor

Skill Requirements


  • Professional Degree holder
  • Preferably with working experience in multi-national companies
  • Good computer skills, proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Good command of verbal and written English
  • Good communication skills & interpersonal skills
  • Independent to handle the job in a timely manner
  • Being meticulous, highly organized and have lots of initiative
  • High sense of responsibility, hardworking, honest, customer service oriented, comprehensive and pleasant
