Job Description
1. Company switchboard management: pick up on time, answer the questions politely, transfer the phones accurately, take the message if needed.
2. Help to receive the visitors, coordinate the conference room.
3. Send and receive the letters, express, etc. Express vendor management.
4. Office facilities and environment maintenance.
5. Book the hotel, local transportation for visitors if needed.
6. Stationeries and snacks’ purchasing and distributing.
7. Interview, meeting, appointment arrangements.
8. Name cards, envelops’ printing.
9. Support team buildings and meetings.
10. Admin payment application.
11. Others as request.
